How To Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Acne Treatment
There are many different ways you can use apple cider vinegar for acne treatment, but most of them can be put into two main categories: topical and internal.
For immediate relief, topical application of apple cider vinegar (abbreviated as ACV) may be more successful. However, drinking it may produce better long term results. Let's explore both methods.
Topical (On Skin)

That said, a more reliable way is to apply it topically, and that definitely produces quicker results. But keep in mind that drinking ACV with water can do more than help acne! It can help your body in so many other ways, too.
